The Grain to Glass series starts at the very beginning — with the grain itself — and follows Heaven Hill’s approach from seed selection through distillation and maturation. This special Chinquapin release adds another dimension, finishing the whiskeys with Chinquapin oak, an American oak species known for imparting its own distinctive character.
Billy will walk us through each pour, comparing the different mash bills and discussing how the Chinquapin oak influences the finished whiskey.
